Our legal, banking and accounting relationships with international customers are performed according to Russian legislation and comply with European and US legislation systems.
We are organized to respond quickly to customer requests. We are always striving to minimize not only production time and costs but also the set-up time and costs of new projects. Usually we do the preliminary work for starting up a new project, such as project estimation, planning, etc., free of charge.
We are flexible in establishing long-term collaboration with our customers and we are seeking to create a cooperation model which will suit best for the customer's business needs. A partnership with Arcadia can be mainly realized using two business models:
- Offshore/Nearshore Development Center
- Subcontracting Development
Offshore/Nearshore Development Center (ODC/NDC)
Within this model a dedicated team of software professionals is formed — all pre-screened and approved by the Customer. The team adheres to the Customer’s practices and methodologies of software development and project management.
Arcadia provides the team with the required infrastructure, including communication channels and equipment. The network and communication security of offshore dedicated center is ensured by secure access to all resources and facilities.
The Customer handles the project management and retains control over the software lifecycle while Arcadia provides administrative management of the ODC.
Benefits of an ODC/NDC: As a virtual extension of an in-house software team, ODC brings project-by-project savings and substantially reduces the time-to-market. The ODC business model is preferable for long-term projects.
Subcontracting Development
Within this model Arcadia assigns a team of professionals with the required skills for the Customer's project and provides the team with the necessary infrastructure. Arcadia provides both software development and project management. The requirements analysis can take place at the Customer’s site.
Benefits of subcontracting development: The Customer obtains professional development, performed with specialized technological skills together with qualified project management. We ensure the success of our solutions with proven processes and methodologies, quality assurance and risk management. This model is preferable for short-term and medium-term projects.
