The Software Outsourcing Summit was organized, already for the second time, by the consortium "Fort Ross Information Technology Services" and the St. Petersburg City Administration. More than 200 software development companies and IT associations took part in the Summit.

Arcadia, Inc. participated in the international exhibition of information and telecommunications technologies CeBIT. The main goal of Arcadia's participation was to create awareness among German companies about the services Arcadia provides.
