Microsoft announced the changes in the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) program on November 1, 2010. The new rules for getting Gold competencies are stricter than the former requirements for getting Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status.
Arcadia, ZAO successfully proved excellent skills and experience of its team and received 2 Gold competencies and one Silver competency:

- Gold Web Development competency
- Silver Independent Software Vendor (ISV) competency
