Top-managers of Arcadia, Inc. visited Petrozavodsk to meet personally the employees of the new office and tell them about the company and work processes. The office, which opened in June, has already hired 6 employees (5 programmers and 1 quality manager) specializing in SharePoint technology.
Almost all top-managers of Arcadia, Inc. went to Petrozavodsk so that the acquaintance would be close and detailed. Sergei Baklan, executive director of Arcadia, made an overview of Arcadia for the new employees providing them with general information on company structure, interaction with clients and other questions. Andrei Doroshin (HR-director) told about HR policy — compensations, training, working conditions and other good things which are granted to Arcadians.
Director for Business Development Svetlana Kazanskaya made a presentation about company main clients and projects. Finally, Key Accounts Manager Natalia Elfimova made a presentation on company internal processes: getting a new project, making a project plan and work processes which should be followed during project execution.
During the meeting it turned out that the newcomers are already well acquainted with the company Corporate code. The presentations made during the meeting gave them a lot of new information and ideas. The whole atmosphere during the meeting was warm and friendly.
