Arcadia, Inc. participated in the seminars-presentations in Finland and Sweden in the frame of the Fourth Consecutive "Russian IT Season" arranged to unveil the benefits of software development outsourcing to Russia.
To unveil the benefits of technological cooperation between Russian and European software development companies was the main goal of the seminars. Many well-known corporations in Europe already harvest benefits of outsourcing to the Russian software development companies leveraging the talents of Russian scientists and software engineers. Consortium Fort-Ross, Finpro and Russia ICT Connector Project organized the seminars to disseminate information about successful outsourcing cooperation between Russian and European software companies.
Arcadia, Inc. has over 10 years history of cooperation with Finnish and Swedish software companies. President of Arcadia, Inc. Mr. A. Khotin focused on the best practices of mutually beneficial software outsourcing partnerships developed during the years of cooperation. Mr. A. Khotin described Arcadia’s experience in managing long-term partnerships, overcoming business cultural differences, and achieving efficient communication and project management.

Representatives from over 70 companies, including KnowIT, Nokia, TietoEnator, SAS and many others visited the seminars in the frame of the "Russian IT Season 2003" in Finland and Sweden.
